On May 16, 2009, Ronnie James Dio passed away peacefully after a long battle with stomach cancer. We miss him greatly. With talents in Black Sabbath, Rainbow, Elf, and Dio, he was one of the most influential rock singers to walk the Earth. He also popularize the hand rock symbol, "devil horns", and was known for that. He knew how much he was loved by all. We will miss him.
