New Spam Group

To help against the fight of spam that mods/admins wouldn't see if they are logged on, a neat idea came up on FoF-FF, and I'm implementing it here. Basically a new group called SPaM CaTCheRs found here is a group pf special members on the forum that only have rights to remove posts from the board and send them to a new hidden forum called the Recycle Bin for admins/mods to check frequently when they log in. Obviously some of the members will miss some, so mods/admins still have control over delteing posts etc. Please still use the report button on posts. These members will be able to view reports for anything but if you are a member of this group, you may only send the spammy post to the recycle bin. Abusers will permanently lose thier rights to this as well as being revoked from other privaleges (no sig, etc.) and will recieve a 1 week suspension.


Again this is to help fight all the spam out there.

Sounds like it'll be pretty useful once we start getting spam and when we have active people who aren't mods/admins.

Exactly why I implemented it now so we won't have to worry about it later.
